In strict compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, Middleby Worldwide S.A. de C.V. issues this notice to inform you about the processing of your data.

1. Personal Data Collected

For the management of our experiences, we collect:

• Identification and contact data: Full name, email address, affiliated company, and phone number.
• Administrative data: Booking reference and payment status (when applicable).
• Biometric and image data: Photographs and video recordings captured during the events, as well as CCTV system records for facility security.
• Technical data: MAC identifier and IP Address, in the event that you use our guest Wi-Fi network.

2. Purposes of Processing

Primary Purposes (Necessary for the service)

To register, manage, and confirm your attendance at courses, workshops, and experiences; to send payment and access instructions; to generate a tracking reference; to ensure access control and civil protection within the facilities (rooms and kitchens); and to manage the guest Wi-Fi network session.

Secondary Purposes (Marketing and Promotion)

Provided the user does not express their opposition, we will use your contact data and your corporate/personal image captured at the events to: send newsletters with upcoming schedule dates, equipment promotions, invitations to new events, quality surveys, and advertising material through our digital channels.

Mechanism to opt-out of secondary purposes: At the time of registration, the user may indicate their refusal to receive such communications. Refusing this processing will not limit your right to participate in the experiences.

3. Exercise of ARCO Rights and Security

Middleby does not sell or profit from your personal data. Your data is safeguarded under strict administrative and technical security measures. You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO rights), as well as revoke your consent, by sending an email to our privacy manager, Guadalupe Jasso, at gjasso@middleby.com. Please include your name and booking reference to facilitate the search.
