In accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place, these Terms and Conditions govern the registration, access, and participation in the courses, training sessions, demonstrations, and events organized at the Middleby Experience Center.
1. Nature of Events and Registration
Through our platform, users can view the schedule and request registration for various experiences. The offerings include paid events, free events (sponsored by the company), and exclusive invitation-only events. All registration requests are subject to confirmation by our team. Payment for events is not processed on the website; secure instructions will be sent once availability is confirmed.
2. Experience Guidelines
Training sessions and demonstrations are led by our permanent staff, chef instructors, specialists, and external guests. To ensure the quality and safety of the experience, attendees agree to:
- Respect the maximum capacity and safety regulations of each room or kitchen (e.g., Bakery, Josper, Test Kitchen, etc.).
- Follow the instructions of Middleby's chefs, presenters, and administrative staff at all times.
3. Use of Image and Testimonials
By attending in-person events, visitors acknowledge and agree that Middleby may take photographs and record video during the activities. This graphic material may be used free of charge, domestically or internationally, for promotional, advertising, social media, and commercial dissemination of Middleby experiences, subject to local civil laws. If a visitor does not wish for their image to be used, they must notify the reception staff upon arrival.
4. Infrastructure and Wi-Fi Usage
Access to the facilities and the guest Wi-Fi network is provided as a courtesy. The user agrees to use the internet service lawfully, refraining from accessing unauthorized internal systems, distributing malicious software, or engaging in actions that compromise the company's cybersecurity. Middleby reserves the right to suspend the connection in the event of any suspicious activity and will retain connection logs as required by applicable local laws.
